Patient started with implant based breast reconstruction following mastectomies due to breast cancer. This failed and we began with debridement and removal of old mesh in breast. Around 4-6 months later she underwent DIEP flap reconstruction. She had 3 more surgeries with fat grafting and liposuction to complete her breast reconstruction.
